  • Customer Service Warning These guys are total liars. I caught them in not 1, not 2, but 3 lies right to my face. First off the said they were the only company in town. Lie #1. Nevada Rolling Shutter is the other company. Secondly they said they only import their material from Germany. Not true in doing some research I found that they import their product from Texas and its produced in Texas. Nothing German. Lie #3 they told me they offer a 5 year warranty but was in fine print on back of the contract 3 year! Not to mention all their bid was very shady. Was missing a lot of things compared to other company. We decided to go with other company. We did call Rolladen out on their lies. When we found out the sales person was actually the owner Bianca we were floored! She even posted her own Yelp review on here to boost her page as we just saw! Shame on you guys! Multiple complaints with Nevada Contractor Board to! Stay from this company!
