  • Hate to rate them so low, bc the 1st time was fine, and the 2nd time I went in there and got the best pedicure I've ever had from a man, maybe in his 30's or early 40's-I didn't get his name unfortunately. They are also the most reasonably priced I've found in Surprise. So the next time I came back. there was only an older woman and her husband-maybe the owners, not sure. She waxed my upper lip and I got a horrible infection that lasted weeks-I ended up going to 2 dermatologists--a 2nd one after it didn't go away for a month. I've had many lip waxes and nothing like this ever happened. So I have to really downgrade them for it. Prior to that I really liked it. Won't risk going back though.A nasty medical condition trumps all.
