We come here whenever we visit Las Vegas. We don't go to the other Ramen places anymore. This is by far the best. The Tonkotsu ramen broth is excellent, not too salty. We tried the Tori Ramen for the first time this visit. Yah, chicken... not pork. It was flavorful. Had a rich depth you want in a ramen broth. Tasted like genuine ramen broth that requires hours to stew. I would eat it again any time.
Karaage is top notch. The batter is light. The chicken is moist. It comes out piping hot. It is amazing.
Next time will try the tofu with kimchi. We saw the next table over enjoying it. Looked pretty good.
Bathroom was so so. Not smelly or soiled tough.
