We paid for our sons school pictures and instead of receiving the package we paid for we only got the class photo and an envelope with a refund for less than what we paid for the package!! I tried to call them to find out what happened as I was told several students didn't get their pictures and was unable to reach anyone at Dorian studios and they did not even tell the school that there was an issue!!!! Not to mention the class photo was part of the package we paid for!! Dorian decided to just charge full price for the class photo as a separate add on without Even calling to see if we still wanted it without the full package we asked for!! The class photo is more expensive when purchased as an additional item so it seems they took it upon themselves to charge people for an item they didn't ask for in order to make extra money since they clearly screwed up the picture packages!!!! Very disappointed and will be continuing to call them until we either get a full refund or the photos we paid for!!!!
Update, Jan the so called manager called me back today with a horrific attitude. She stated they never took a picture because we don't purchase a package. So I asked how it is that they were able to charge us for a group photo and give us a partial refund check for the balance if we never bought a package. She offers us to come back the end of May to the studio to which I said we will just take a full refund as we never agreed to be charged for a group photo. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I think the schools need to find another photographer as Dorian does not seem to know what they are doing!! She stated that our son didn't have an envelope to showing that he purchased a package, I informed her we purchased online just like we did in previous years!!! We have never had an issue until now!
Horrible customer service!!!! Shame on you Dorian for ruining the school photos for so many kids this time around!! There are a ton of other kids who also did not get their pictures as well!!!
