  • I'll start with the pros: I was able to get an appointment the same day which was nice since I needed to get a full set before I left for my trip the next day. The salon is pretty inviting and clean and each client is taken into a private room. They make sure you're comfortable and have calming music playing the background. All of that however doesn't matter in the end if you walk out feeling self conscious and unhappy with your lashes. The tech I got paired with has potential but needs more practice before actually working on clients. She started with my right eye and kept a steady pace. It was probably 1.5 hours before she moved on to the next eye. The problem with that is the lashes are never even when the tech does one eye at a time. She probably worked on my left eye for about 45 minutes before I heard the door open and someone whispering to her. I felt like she was rushing to get through the left eye since she was running out of time. About 5 minutes later she peeled off the eye patches and told me that she wasn't able to completely finish the left eye today since she had another appointment and I'd have to come back the next day. Thats a huge problem since I was going on the trip in the morning. I sat up and looked in the mirror and the lashes on the left eye were significantly thinner and they were angled in a way that made it obvious she was right handed. It looked like she was sitting behind me at a weird angle and the lashes were curling in the wrong direction. The inner corner of the right eye was bare and the inner corner of the left eye had way too many lashes. They were so uneven that it made my lashes look messy and unkempt. I tried to get her to fix them but she refused since she had another client waiting. They looked AWFUL. I walked out of the salon super unhappy knowing I'd have to go on my trip like that. She said when I get back from my trip they would comp a 30 min touch up session to fill in what she couldn't get to. I was super disappointed since I saw a lot of potential in this place. I came back a week later to get them removed since they were falling out in clumps and just couldn't be saved. The tech that removed my eyelashes was super nice and did a good job. Because of her I added another star to an otherwise completely negative review. If you try this place I'd recommend you ask for a lead stylist and let her know exactly what you want.
