Have been here 2 plus years, so has my fiancé and two of my best friends, after an encounter this weekend we will be terminating our gym memberships.
My brother who is in the United States Marine Corps is on leave visiting with his girlfriend. I went to the gym with both of them and my fiancé. They paid the $20 for a day to work out with my fiancé and I. When we were leaving we asked if they could lower the price the next time they come in to $10 per person and the guy at the front desk said yes.
Well we go back in the following day and my brother explains to the new shift that he and his girlfriend were told they would only have to pay $10 per person. They were denied, and spoke to the manager. The manager asked my brother to describe the gentlemen he spoke to the day prior. My brother described the guy. The manager responds by basically calling my brother a liar.
Is that the level of customer service LVAC provides to military personal? I was unimpressed. He fights for freedom, and the LVAC manager has the audacity to call him a liar.
I would have stayed at planet fitness or EOS if hindsight was 20/20.
