  • My car is an older car that has well over 200k miles. Whenever a light blinks or I hear an unfamiliar noise, I respond quickly. That being said, the other day my oil light started to blink and I happened to be right near Valvoline on Motford. Perfect timing! I drove up and was immediately greeted by Johnathan Eberly and his team which included Jason and Brandon. Johnathan was wildly helpful, responsive and very welcoming. After taking a seat in the waiting area, Johnathan continued to keep me apprised of what was going on with the car. He was detailed in all of the ins and outs of what he and his team were doing, moreover, let me know that there too were some other issues. Johnathan was very clear on what needed to be done as far as my oil change, oil pan issue was concerned. He and his team took excellent care of me, Johnathan was sincere, extremely professional and made me feel like I was being well taken care of while at the station. I could not have been more satisfied with my service that day and will absolutely return because of just how confident and happy I felt leaving the station. Customer Satisfaction at its finest!! These guys are wildly friendly and are led by an excellent manager who had depth of knowledge, an incredible demeanor and fantastic customer service! Thank you Johnathan, Jason and Brandon for keeping my car going strong! I will absolutely be back because there is nothing like leaving a well run business that makes you feel good! See you all in the next 2k miles!
