  • I've only played the Sun City and west valley courses and Bellair was FAR below par in the maintenance area. Carts old and weak; cart path full of potholes; tee boxes ok; fairways a mix of broken irrigation wet areas and dead dry areas side by side. The bunkers were like concrete - have you ever raked a sidewalk? Same sound! A challenging layout for an Executive course with multiple bunkers in front of greens. I won't waste my money again on golf but we enjoyed the restaurant.
