  • As a customer of more than 8 years I would suggest looking elsewhere. The quality of support for customers seeking refinance is abysmal. Having reached the end of tolerance and paid the loan off en route to pursuing options, I can add that the follow through with poor customer service extends all the way to the re-conveyance process.
