came in to ask a question and i didn't have an appointment. i offered to come back another day but they still proceeded to send associates my way to try to answer my question. i got one of the store's senior manager, Matthew C and he didn't provide much guidance or insight, except insight into his arrogance. after 45 minutes of runaround, he set up an appointment via AppleCare.
