I have been in the six week program now for two weeks following the suggested guidelines provided by pulse fitness and at so happy with the results so far. I have in only two weeks lost 7% body fat (my target goal only being 5% and have gained 3 lbs in muscle. Literally this program has helped me with my eating, exercising, and terrified feeling of the gym. Thanks pulse fitness! I still have 4 weeks to go but have no doubt that I will be satisfied with the results since I'm already there now
