  • I scheduled an appointment and they were able to accomodate me for the next day. The receptionist was very attentive and nice. my appointment time was at 830am. I showed up, signed in, and waited. 25 minutes later nothing, I was a new patient. No one had asked me to fill out any paper work, or asked me for my insurance card. I politely told the ladies at the desk that I had to go, knowing my whole day would be set back if I had stayed and waited. They asked if I wanted to reschedule, I said, "no, thank you", knowing they had completely forgotten about me.
