The drive thru is painfully slow. It usually takes about 10 minutes even when they aren't busy (two cars in front of me). I usually have a pretty simple order and my drink is wrong about half of the time. When you walk in, the store is filthy. For example, after laying the napkin down on the table, I had to peel it off because it was so sticky. There's usually crumbs all over the floor as well. Most of the longtime employees are really nice, but the others are rude and poorly trained. If i were you, I would go to another Starbucks or coffee shop even if it's a little farther of a drive. When you pay this much for a cup of coffee, you should get better service.
