  • I normally don't rant, but we spent thousands and we are so disappointed to the max... bought a full leather sectional, a "Bergamo Italian Leather 6 piece Sectional" The sections CONTINUE to become unconnected and separate, literally pieces float away from each other. The legs aren't designed to be level and wonky pieces disconnect! A huge nightmare of constantly lifting and reconnecting is not an easy task!! They need to use a better locking mechanism, I would have paid more for the sofa, if it cured a huge problem and made the sofa usable. Went into the store today and asked a salesman if there was different hardware that I could buy to fix the issue, "nothing here... you can call the 800 number and they could possibly tell you how to reconnect it (I already know how to connect it), but the floor model in the showroom does it too..." I literally had to buy gear ties and bailing wire to get it to sort of stay together. So upset right now... we have so much more furniture to buy, but not at American Furniture Warehouse! Buyer Beware!!
