Maybe it is the fact that they service the 18 dealer Autoplex across the street and customer volume is harder to predict since almost everyone is there because their car is in the shop. But, waiting over an hour for a rental car is ridiculous. I was there twice in a week and it was not good either time. Also, car I had the first time was OK, second one could have been washed better. No system here, just chaos. I have two upcoming Enterprise reservations at out of town locations and will see if they perform better. If not,back to Avis, but I will definitely look for other options locally should I need another replacement car soon.
