  • The only reason they get one star is because zero isn't an option. They seemed very helpful at first. My car had broke down, and I needed a rental for work in the morning. They worked with me to find one. So far so good. They arranged to come pick me up. Great. Then I heard nothing from them, and 20 minutes after the arranged time (10 minutes before their office closed) they didn't answer their phones, leaving me stranded. Now I have no car, and everywhere else closed while I waited on the ride that never came. Awful, awful business.
