Ok I did get a freebie which they offered when they came to town but...I must give my opinion. I got a free eyebrow wax and then went ahead and got a chin wax as well. The "waxer" was very knowledgeable and pleasant - just a little hurried. The thing that I did not like was that they were very unprepared at the front desk and also hurried. There were people waiting and the cashier did not have change for my service so I could not leave a tip...she left no alternative. The cashier also "assumed the sale" in telling me like a Doctor's office receptionist that the waxer wanted to "see me again in 4 weeks"...I gotta give them kudos for that little bit of marketing genius!! All in all it was not a bad experience and I hope when I go back they have their act together a little better because waxing is a huge business these days with people even taking their children. It's amazing to me that we wax children...
