  • This is a review of the chain not this store I am sure the people and this locations is as good as anyother. Davids Tea has lost its way. I use to be a super fan of Davids tea. They keep pretending they care about their customers but they don't. They always say there will be a loyitaity discount soon but they have been saying that for 2 years now, at least. They did have a promolast summer where if you bought a certian waterbottle you would get $1 icedteas all summer. when you get in to the store it turns out its $1 teas of the day which are nasty teas which are laced with sugars and flavorings. Finally the collection of real teas are diminishing so fast. There is no room on the tea wall for real tea, they keep retiring them to make way for more nasty sugar and flavoring laced tea. Sadly we in North America are in a place where we, once again cannot get a decent cup of tea.
