| - Really - there just aren't enough stars!
The entire staff at CTVRC are incredibly committed to providing fantastic care for your pet. Dr. Kevin Finora is an outstanding, knowledgeable, and thorough oncologist and I am so glad we found him. Our dog, Mika, was diagnosed with stage 5 lymphoma 16 months ago and in remission #2! Obviously every case is different, but I can't help but think that having the top oncologist in the province on it may have something to do with it....
On a personal note I find Kevin's obvious skill along with his honesty to be comforting. I know that he will take this journey with me and provide the best treatment and advice possible. Knowing how much he cares for each and every patient I am astounded - it takes tremendous strength, love and dedication to do what he does every day (I would end up in an institution!).
Our pets are "people" to us, and, I am happy to say they are "people" to the staff at CTRVC too. My little boy looks actually forward to seeing Kevin and Kendal on chemo days! Kendal sits with him during his treatments and I can see the bond he has with her... I know they can sense a truly kind soul.
Cancer care does cost money, there is no avoiding it. Having experienced other Emergency Veterinary Practices, it is very apparent to me that this is a special place and I have comparative proof that the costs for the same treatments have also been considerably lower here which, although it was never my #1 concern, does offer an additional element of relief.
I will NEVER be able to say thank you enough to these folks, and would not recommend something so important if I didn't fully endorse it.
