  • Service Manager, service technician were HORRIBLE & OPPORTUNIST !!!, wasted of time & money. Paid for diagnostic of "2004 PORSCHE CAYENNE" and they don't know how to figure the hesitation of the vehicle, instead they told us that is normal! what the fuck my car is jerking from 5th gear down to 2nd gear & it's normal???
