  • As a new patient, I was instructed to show up 30 minutes prior to appt. I was also told that, if I cancelled for any reason, the doctor would never schedule another appointment with me. I showed up at 1:30, taken back to the little back room, where I waited for her nurse for more than 15 minutes. Nurse had zero personality, took vitals, said the doctor would be in shortly. SHORTLY became 44 minutes, at which time I walked out. I told the nurse that I had been there for 85 minutes, which is long enough, she did not reply.
