  • So this started off as a really negative review because of my concerns about customer service. However, it's now a 4-star review because after I voiced my concerns (which were taken seriously); and I felt really 'heard' and valued as a customer. When I returned to drop off my car and the staff was friendly and helpful. The customer service was exceptional and clearly they have a General Manager that believes in excellence! Plus, the drivers who take you back to your home or office always are always great conversationalist!
