There is a reason there are people leaving one stars and hoping they could leave zero stars for the service department. It is horrible! I had a little glimmer of hope back in December with someone that actually seemed to know what customer service was and wanted to help me out. I have since learned he left after a couple short months due to not wanting to be associated with the kind of culture that the Bell Ford service department entails. Therefore I will not be going back if they can't even managed to keep the one good knowledgeable service writer. I will find other places to go get my oil changed with better service to me and my car. The management sits back in their offices and obviously just there to collect a paycheck, not help out their associates and right the ship. It's true, there are thousands of places out there to get an oil change and I guarantee and promise you this is not one.
