Centrylink would not issue me a credit for $9.99 for the prior 4 months that they charged me for Internet service that I did Not have with them... They argued with me that it was my FAULT for not noticing the additional $9.99 charge each month and since I paid the bill, they were Not going to issue me a credit. Obviously I canceled my service from them on the spot and feel that I have learned my lesson with them... "Buyer Beware" if you choose to go with them.
