  • I've been to Quad on and off for years and the instructors and music are great the facility, bikes and change room are in desperate need of a update and good cleaning. Its OK if you buy a groupon and get a deal on classes but I would never pay full price for this place. The bikes are really old and aren't being maintained, the ceiling fans in the studio are covered in dust and the change room is cold, small and the lockers are always taken up so you have no where to store your stuff. The showers barely drizzle water out and take forever to warm up. I'm sorry but when you pay that much $$ you expect a lot more and you can definitely find better gyms in the city for that price.
