  • Zero if possible. I wanted to look at a used car and made an appointment. No one ready to see me when I got there. About 20 minutes later they came over. Then it took them another 20 minutes to let me know that they had sold the car. They don't hold them if you have an appointment and apparently do not bother to call you so you don't waste time and gas to go there when there is no reason to do so.
