  • When Little Moe Property took over Camelitas @ 36th st. & Turney 5 years ago I already had been living at Camelitas for over 15+ years and I had hoped that they were not going to ask me to move out. It was so quiet and the court yard was beautiful with the orange trees and the bushes. Then Tom and Shannon came in and added a wall and low maintenance plants. The place still looks great. If I didn't need to move on I would have stayed longer after they did the remodeling. Tom & Shannon are the kind of landlords you want as your neighbors. They are always outgoing and caring folks. I will miss them.
