  • These people are scammers they keep on taking application money they make you feel like everything is gonna be fine then you never ever hear back from them and when you ask what's going on after 25 DAY WAIT what they do is ask for a co-signer and ask for more application money even if you and the other applicant have solid credit and jobs and let me be clear come over to see where some of those properties are located an try to apply 1720,1722,1708 plus more at 6th ave and Williams a right at the heart of the GHETTO! they make you go thru so much this ain't saint tropez or some exclusive villa at the mayan riviera but surely they make you feel like you gotta be so kind of élite people in order to qualify. Very disappointing,property owners please don't do bussines with them
