Customer service here is especially dreadful thanks to a one Jacque Smart (what an awful way to spell Jackie). The attitude she popped today when I asked her for a receipt for the transaction we had today was ridiculous.
My husband and I stopped by today to change plans. Sounds easy right? Well this pathetic customer service I received ended up taking an hour and after changing my plan and adding a work discount I was not provided with a single piece of paper to prove these changes. The idiotic Jacque forgot to print out the two receipts I should received and according to the losers who work this store, "There is no way to reprint" a transaction once it's been processed.
The manager Darrin admitted his employee's mistakes but that in no way made of her ugly face or attitude. It's customer service like this that has me seriously thinking about going back to AT&T.
Would not recommend going here to anyone. Wireless stores are a dime a dozen, go to another location!
