The story of 'Primanti Brothers' is really cool to me. Over 80 years ago, a couple of brothers own a sandwich cart (circa great depression), which leads to the opening of a brick and mortar diner in the strip district, and eventually expansion to +15 locations. Seems like a great recipe for success.
That being said, this is a place you come to see a little bit of Pittsburgh history and nostalgia, not for fantastic food. Prices are good and I enjoyed seeing the 'strip district' but other than that, I would take a pass on making a visit to Primanti Brothers.
