  • Since Marble Slab closed down near my area, I was on the hunt for another one nearby. This location is at Trinity Commons off of Hwy 410. I came here after dinner with family and grabbed my cheesecake ice cream concoction of skor, strawberries, fudge, caramel, strawberry sauce...so good! My brother happened to get a cone with vanilla ice cream, he always likes to play it safe and actually regretted getting that after he tried the Cookie Dough Drizzle which his wife happened to get. One of my family friends, came down from MTL, so he has never heard of Marble Slab and grabbed the Rocky Road from the Tasty mixture menu and he loved it! The customer service here is fast but not too friendly, especially coming from the owner or manager who didn't say "Hi" or even hold a fake smile. Also, I find that the tables need to be cleared and wiped down from all the sticky melting mishaps. Also the napkins need to be more accessible instead of hidden away near the cash register. This place lost 2 stars due to cleanliness and customer service, otherwise I love their ice cream and will still go back for my scoop ;)
