  • I signed up for their special two months for $50 and the gym was ok, it was empty most of the time. I did the free training and then later got hit with the price!!! OMG I almost fell out of my chair. The original person that signed me up, Allie, told me I can cancel at any time with out any penalties. Well a month later I move to the other side of town and since I'm extremely busy and don't have time to go personally to tell them I need to cancel I go online and get their fax number and send then a cancellation letter, I get a confirmation receipt for my fax. All of a sudden they withdraw $140 out of my account!!!! I called and complained and even emailed with the general manager Greg Reffner and he was VERY UNHELPFUL told me they don't even have a fax machine!! Ummm well I forwarded him my cancellation letter along with the fax receipt and he basically blew me off!!! COME ON DAVID BARTON after charging your customers an arm and a leg you can't afford to have a working fax machine. Not only that but you can't hire a customer friendly general manager?!?!?!?! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!
