  • I went initially to get an out of state medical card since I had been in contact with them and they had told me it was an in and out transaction, the day I finally decide to go the girl up front tells me that they're not allowed to issue out of state cards with a passport since the rules had literally changed that morning, so I was pretty ticked off. I went outside to call the dispensary that had recommended me this place to ask them if they had heard anything and as I'm talking on the phone one of the girls comes out and starts explaining why they're not doing it anymore. She was extremely friendly and for her to come outside to explain what was going on was very appreciated, I felt that they cared about the patients. She asked me if I wanted to go ahead and just apply for the NV medical card and I told her that I wasn't willing to wait months to get approved nor to surrender my license (since that's what I had read, newsflash not everything on the Internet is accurate). She tells me that it only takes 3-5 weeks to get the approval letter and I didn't have to surrender my license, so I went back in to do the paperwork and see the doctor. The office manager Janine took me to her office and explained all the paperwork and what I should expect from the doctor, I had all my prescription pills with me to prove that I wasn't just someone that wanted to get the card to use for recreational purposes I'm literally at my wits end with pills that don't work. Anyway, I filled out all the paperwork and go back out to the lobby to wait for the doctor which literally came out to get me not even 5 minutes after, she's extremely knowledgeable and I explained to her my symptoms. They took copies of my prescriptions, explained LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE THING, told me what I should expect and how the process is, I paid and left. What started as a terrible visit since the rules had changed on me literally that morning ended in an extremely pleasant, quick, comforting visit. These people care about the field they're working in, which I can't say the same for people in the psychiatric field. Again, I couldn't have asked for a better experience and their customer service is just beyond wonderful. 3 weeks later, I got my approval letter. Give them a chance, they're seriously amazing.
