Very, very unimpressed with this place, but at least they seem to be forwarding the results from the cat's tests to another clinic as per our request.
Brought m'lady's cat who hadn't been eating for an extended period to this clinic. They ended up charging us $600 for a blood test, an enema and 2 x-rays. They ended up determining that he needed to go on antibiotics, which ran us another $70 a few days later. We were also told that he should be force-fed before taking the antibiotics in order to avoid screwing his system up, and if we were unable to, that they'd put him on IV (which was crazy expensive too).
Once he was done his antibiotics, he still wouldn't eat. Called the clinic again and the doc said that all he could think of was to put him on IV for at least 4 days (running us about another $1000).
Found another clinic at Bathurst & Dupont (Bathurst Dupont Animal Hospital), and what a world of difference :-o They charged $75 for 6 shots (consisting of among other things antibiotics and vitamins) and an exam and told m'lady that if he wouldn't eat by 8 P.M. that day to bring him in again the next day. The next morning the vet himself called to check on the cat's stat. I highly recommend Bathurst Dupont based on our experience so far. They charge next to nothing and seem to do all that's needed to make your pet feel better.
