I am updating my review from a 1 star to a 4 star for this location:
A couple of weeks ago i came into the store wanting help with a camera (see below review). I was so upset with my experience that I phoned head office to file a complaint. The next day, the operations manager at this specific location called me back to apologize, and advised me that he has mentioned this issue in their morning huddle. I felt valued as a customer and that something was being done to solve this. He asked me to come in to the store to ask for him, and he can compensate me with some sort of discount. He turned what was once a bad customer service experience to a positive one! I am extremely impressed with how the store handled my complaint - they took action right away to rectify the issue. thank you best buy, ill see you again!

Absolutely horrible/nonexistent customer service. I came in on a Wednesday evening to look for a camera. I asked for help twice and no one came for 20 minutes then i asked to speak to a manager and he too did not show up to the point that i just left the store. And its not like there were no staff there was PLENTY. It doesnt matter how busy it is its a matter of wanting to help customers and most of them just walked by without any acknowledgement. I would not recommend this best buy to anybody. Best buy just lost a customer.
