Had installation appointment set between 3-5 on a Tuesday for TV and Internet install. Even got confirmation email. About 5:10 haven't heard or seen installer. Call Cox. On the phone over 1hour, basically got nothing accomplished except the earliest they can get out is Friday and they gave me a whopping $40 credit for the inconvenience. And they put me on a priority if somebody cancelled they would move me into that spot. They made no effort to own up and fix their error. It was basically oh well. Called Wednesday, spent my lunch on the phone, got nowhere. Called again Wednesday afternoon accomplished nothing.
Used Cox before and had issues but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. What a MISTAKE.
Don't cancel your TV and Internet with your previous provider until it's actually installed like I did. Install time don't mean a damn thing.
