| - I would come to this place for the convenience (near UNLV), quality and time efficiency. In recent months, that's all gone out the window. I used to go every 2 weeks and tip a pretty good amount, but the owners never remembered me. Each time I entered, we'd have the same conversation, "What's your name? Where do you work..." The owners are nice people, but the love for their customers is not there anymore. In the past month I stopped in for a quick fix because I thought it'd be faster than going to my new favorite nail place across town, but it took even longer because I had to wait a good 30 minutes before they could get to me. They're currently under staffed and aren't honest w the customers about the wait time in fear that they will lose the business. Well, let me tell you, that is exactly how to lose business! Also, less than a week later, my gel chipped because they skimp on the supplies! It normally lasts over 2 weeks, I'm upset and feel they just took my money and time. Another thing I noticed, they have a sanitizing machine for their tools, but I was curious to see if it was even plugged in...I looked around the box, but I couldn't see if it was or not. Looking at their tools compared to other salons, it appears as though they don't clean between customers. I am worried about the sanitation here, that reason alone is enough to convince me not to go back! So goodbye T Nails, we had a good run, but I'm cutting you off.
