  • It isn't often I experience a Starbucks employee making suggestions but I was happy to get someone who really was helping me figure out what to order (most of the time I feel like I have to order quickly so I don't hold up the line). I happened to inquire about the pumpkin spice latte (which is apparently back). But then decided to go back to my more standard flat white. She noticed my desire to try something new so she suggested adding a pump of pumpkin spice to my flat white. She then mentioned she has a friend who adds 2 pumps and has some cute name for it (something like spritz of fall?). She also immediately let me know if I didn't like it she would make a new regular flat white for me. I went with her suggestion am glad I did. It was indeed a nice hint of fall for me :).
