  • Great customer service and they made me feel comfortable. That's why I went back the 2nd time. 1st pedi went well until I got an infection on my big toe. The side of my nail is discolored (I dont know why). Very minor discoloration and she thought it was dirt and kept messing with it causing it to blister and puss. Stayed like that almost 2 weeks and I almost had to go in to dr. I went back for my second pedi 6 months later and planned on telling them to leave the big toe alone. I asked for the $20 pedi and the woman kept looking at the bottome of my feet. She made me feel like I had to choose the $30 one so I did and she quickly got to work. My feet werent even that bad. I used to have soft feet until she did the calluse removal that was unneccesary. Now the bottom edges of my feet look dirty and dry. Right out of the shower they look like that! I called to complain and they told me to come in quickly. So I packed up the baby just so she could put aloe on it. I could have done that myself at home. She basically told me thats what happens when calluses are removed. I thought they were supposed to make the feet appear softer. Instead my feet now look like they need a major pedi! Atleast from the bottom. Nice people, bad service
