  • uber charged me multiple $5 fees b cause the DRIVER picked up and the cancel the job multiple times, while I waited to get a ride to the airport. Finally another driver picked up my job and took me, he was great! However, after over 6 messages to uber, they still have not refund all the $5 charges. I have taken my last and final uber.
