  • I am writing this post for my elderly sister they had Express flooring install carpet the living room family room and hallway, less than 750 ft.² total of carpeting. In one bathroom less than 40 ft.² of tile; it cost them over $13,600 which she was told was after a sizable discount. The installers knocked the chandelier in the family room and broke three globes that were hand-painted and no way to replace them, there was no compensation for that. The seam in the carpet in the hallway does not match and the carpet is two different colors either because The nap is turned the wrong way or the carpet is not matched color wise. By the wall where the seam is there's a hole the size of a quarter. She called the company and did not get a return call. Poor installation poor customer service definitely overcharged and takin advantage of. Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone.
