  • I know the owners, Jill and Burt Kohler, personally, and they are both kind, dedicated and family-oriented people. I have never, not once, seen Jill to be anything but enthusiastic, welcoming and caring toward every person she comes in contact with. The Kohler's breathe their business on a minute-to-minute basis. Jill is happiest when everyone around her is happiest. Burt is a genuine, authentic and uplifting person. Whenever I have had a negative attitude, Burt can somehow see the good, the flip-side positive aspect of each situation. Recently I met a Penrose graduate in a bustling, well-known Scottsdale salon and this young lady possessed the integrity, talent and poise that I see in Jill Kohler. These people walk the talk. I know their children as well - they are conscientious, mindful and empathetic. This is no coincidence. I consider myself happily blessed to know the entire Kohler family. Lisa W.
