| - Been there done that! After 6 weeks of boot camp in RF. What I will say is that some people made the 20lbs challenge but as I see, most people don't. Unless you are seriously overweight and normally eat unhealthy n didn't watch out yr weight, it is almost hard to reach the 20lbs goal in 6 weeks. At the beginning when we signed up, the trainer said about 80% reach the goal but as I saw the actually chart in office, the result is reversed, at the 3rd to 5 weeks, many dont lose more weights, or just lose few lbs or even gain back some, like stuck ... I almost felt like it is a lie, or good marketing gimmick I should say. It is not like you don't get benefit from it, don't get me wrong, more or less you will loose some lbs here n there if u are doing intensive cardio exercise everyday plus change yr diet, u will also get stronger n feel less body ache comparing to the beginning! But talking about price wise, there are many boot camps around cost less w/similar function, such as Vegas Hot only charge 60.00 per month vs RF charges 149 to 199/mth if it is not 300 for 6 weeks. You do the math. Actually Vegas Hot has many different classes for u to do, more time schedules too, , u actually hv more choices now. In RF, many want to lose the belly fat but I can tell you already, I barely see anyone lose belly fat there after 1 challenge in 6 wk, they just dont accommodate or target for that there. I used to do hit yoga in Vegas hot n I lost many weights than in RF, n Vegas Hot only charge 300/yr when they hv promotion. Now they hv more boot camp classes just like RF n Vegas Hot is actually the original no less.
