What are people looking for in a dim sum 'experience'? I think Sky Dragon delivers. It is kitschy, with plastic table cloths and plastic art.
That is what I expect.
The food is good enough and I always leave satisfied - not the best for 'foodies', but, again, what I expect. This is not a high-end experience, but, it certainly is lively, and feels like I am actually in China with the carts and activity.
