  • Hello customer community! I'm affectionately known as big Mike around the music community local and national worldwide. I bought a smock mag mod from (((EVAPOLOGY))) less than five months ago it is already broke this MOD cost over $242. According to my Visa bill the digital on it no longer works the battery will not operate and the owner of all stores Charles is not willing or can't whatever he likes to call it give me a replacement on a very expensive mod! At this point he has told me basically it's my problem! In my businesses this is considered hands-down horrible customer service. If you shop at the store please don't anymore or this may happen to you. I'm also an Yelp crazy individual and love to leave great reviews! Unfortunately as a yelp or we tend to run into these places that we have to believe a bad review on. Charles has been very pleasant in the past but as his businesses ground he's obviously become a little less helpful. I hope this deters anyone from getting ripped off like I feel I have as a customer who spends a lot of money in that store I will no longer continue to shop there and I hope that this review can help you to go someplace better if you're looking for a great store right beside club tattoo and golf land in Mesa there's a store with over 475 different flavors they are a lot cheaper and they taste better they are very helpful very friendly in there and tend to give you nice discounts when you buy more than one Vape juice I hope this was helpful and I hopeThis save someone from getting ripped off like I feel I have have a great day Charles I hope your business doesn't stay open very much longer I'm sorry If your looking for a great friendly vape lounge close to Evapeology right across from chandler Gilbert is a great friendly place!
