  • This is my local Ulta. I shop here all the time for beauty things that I need. I recently purchased a babylisspro Mira curl when I got home and opened it the plastic that held the steam pod and the instructions were already ripped open, meaning the tool was used prior to me purchasing it and for 150$ retail I don't want a tool that someone had already used. I came in, and Sarah helped me. She was unbelievably rude. I told her I didn't want this one even though it worked because it technically wasn't brand new. She looked at me weird and questioned why I was returning it when clearly it worked. She said "but I don't understand." Listen, you don't need to "understand" if I'm paying for a NEW product I expect it to be NEW and unopened.
