  • I have been waiting for about an hour to get the actual process of getting my plasma taken that's not including the wait time in the front I guess I need a medical approval on my chart for what they have no idea I am getting really upset because I have a 6mo at home who needs me I understand it takes time to get things done but this is ridiculous and do I get anything like a VIP pass or anything for it takeing a ridiculous amount of time nope all I get is I'm sorry although Frankie the girl who's working with me is super nice about it and keeps apologizing it just sucks to have to wait this looooong ugh so over it So I felt like I needed to update my review although the problem hasn't been resolved yet the staff as in the managers have been super cool about everything Steve in particular has been really cool to work with. they have compensated me for my gas given VIP cards and everything! My only complaint that I would still have is the fact that their system doesn't show that my account is still "not good "there and so I have to come all the way down there just to be turned away however when I am turned away they have given me "gas money" or something like the VIP cards so all in all they are doing the best they can!
