Ok, I was wandering around Caesars Palace for snips and giggles and found myself on the top floor at Sushi Roku (which they have one out here in LA) and this place, though pricy, was what I expect from a great sushi restaurant. Friendly and quick service, happy customers (even sat next to some guests from Toyko, they were very nice) and the chef was top notch, he even gave me something on the house. I think business was slow so he was just warming up his knives.
I shared a meal with myself and was very happy I did. When you're here for a month you try a little bit of every cuisine so expect more from me the whole month of April.
But if you happen to come across this place it may be fancy, it may be pricey, but it's worth the extra 2 bucks on the rolls for the service and quality.
Enjoy!
