  • The rooms always smell like wet towels. There is no fixing this - we have stayed here a handful of times and their solution is " we can send house keeping to spray the room". That's not good enough anymore. The windows don't even partially crack to get fresh air. There is no proper ventilation in any of the rooms and it looks like our shower ceiling has fungus. The bathrooms had no toilet paper, the towel rack that sits below the sink fell apart when we put a towel on it and the most annoying thing is that the tub is either clogged or they have bad plumbing but the shower water sits in the tub for about an hour before it is completely gone. Another somewhat annoying issue is the valet which is located at the opposite side of the checkin in desk. If it wasn't for the fact that I had a comped weekend i wouldn't stay here. Personally this isn't the hotel for me anymore - the rates are appealing, but you get what you pay for. I stay at the Golden Nugget now thanks to the Plaza .
