  • This place has a majority of nice, pleasant, helpful staff. The deals are good, along with alot of the shoes and brands. The layout is nice and a few people are around to help when you first walk in. The management however it's a step below rude. I have nothing against The Shoe Company. I do have some things to say about the management. I purchased some shoes in a rush on my way to work. I used them for one shift. They were also too big for me. When i went a day after to return them they said "These are too worn" and would not return them. The shoes were exactly how i bought them. They then proceeded to call me a liar after i told them when i had bought them, even though i said on the recipes. After i stated that i actually needed a return, they told me to leave or they would call security. This is not true for all of The Shoe Company franchise, i went to another store and without any hesitation they returned them with full refund. The poor costumer service of the management in the crowfoot location has shaken my trust and i don't believe i will be shopping at any Shoe Company locations.
